Craving a mean pint of Guinness? Maybe some great live bands to go with it? Gunther Murphy's has got to be your best bet in the Lakeview neighborhood of our beloved Chicago. The live entertainment comes in Thursday thru Sunday, with everything from authentic Irish music to indie and pop, and on that last night of the weekend you will enjoy a nice bluegrass twist. The sound system is really good and the acoustics of the building are a good thing too. They've got comedy shows earlier in the week for those who aren't big on the booming music! Wonderful place to hang out with a group of friends.
