Bucks Saloon

Buck's Saloon is a great gay bar on Halsted Street between Cornelia Avenue and Newport Avenue in the Lakeview area of Chicago. They've got an amazing outdoor seating area that really brings in the crowds in the spring and summer months, but note that they close that down around 11:00 PM because there are homes nearby. There's also a well-stocked jukebox that we really appreciate. It's nothing fancy really, just a friendly little gay bar, nothing more nothing less. The magic is in the service, in the beer, and of course in the darts and the pool tables!
