Higgins Tavern

Higgen's Tavern is one of the smaller sports bars in the Lakeview area, much more modest and unassuming than the in-your-face bars that try so hard to get your loyalty, and that's why we love it so much. We became familiar with this place thanks to their annual chili cook-off, and since then we've continued coming in for great lunches and dinners that usually revolve around some mouth watering Cajun stew, or their fabulous Malibu chicken sandwich! Everything on the menu is great, and you cannot beat the service here. Did we mention that they've got a very impressive list of beers, and free popcorn too? Enough said. Higgen's is a lesser-known bar, but by far one of the best!
